1.1. You may use certain features of Cardzy as a guest or by registering an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

1.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3. You must notify us immediately at cardzyonline@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3.1. Free Plan: Cardzy offers free digital wish-card creation with basic personalization options. Free cards are provided 'as is' and may display Cardzy branding.

3.2. Cardzy Pro Plan: Premium event invitation features (such as WhatsApp RSVP tracking, Google Maps integration, live countdowns, 18-language support, and ad/brand removal) require a paid Cardzy Pro upgrade.

3.3. Features included in free and paid tiers are detailed on our Pricing page and may be updated periodically.

4.1. Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of all custom text, photos, logos, and personal media uploaded to your cards or invitations ('User Content').

4.2. License to Cardzy: By uploading User Content, you grant Cardzy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, host, render, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating, rendering, and delivering your cards and invitations to your designated recipients.

4.3. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use any photo, graphic, or font uploaded to Cardzy.

5.1. Pricing: All fees for Cardzy Pro upgrades are listed on our website prior to purchase. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect active paid orders already completed.

5.2. Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. Cardzy does not store your full financial credentials or credit card details on our servers.

5.3. Refund Policy: Due to the digital and instant nature of our service, once a Pro invitation link has been rendered or delivered, payments are generally non-refundable except where technical failure on Cardzy's part prevented service delivery. [REVIEW WITH LAWYER]

6.1. We strive to maintain continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Cardzy may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes that temporarily suspend access.

7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cardzy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. [REVIEW WITH LAWYER]

8.1. The Cardzy platform, website design, code, logos, template graphics, and UI elements are the exclusive property of Cardzy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or scrape our platform without permission.

9.1. You may stop using the Service at any time. Cardzy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in abuse.
